The Sea Ranch Chapel is so lovely. Many couples have been married inside this intimate chapel. Bill Oxford recently got this beautiful photo.

Next month there will be a renewal of wedding vows here, as part of The Sea Ranch's 50th anniversary celebration.

Usually we see rainbows in the morning, but conditions were perfect for rainbows just before sunset. Peter Cracknell photographed a double rainbow on The Sea Ranch. You can see the setting sun reflected in the windows.

I love rainbow days. I saw a photo taken last Saturday of a rainbow soaring above the Gualala Hotel. That was the day the restaurant opened for the first time in several years. I hope it is a good omen for the venerable old gal. It's so good to see it open.

A beautiful seasonal waterfall comes to life with enough rain at Stengel Beach on The Sea Ranch. Allen Vinson took this photo from the staircase that leads to the beach on February 8th.

Since then we've had no rain and this waterfall is greatly diminished. But we do have rain in our forecast, thank goodness. Bring on the rain, Mother Nature!

Thanks to Allen for allowing me to share his photo with you here. Allen has a showing of his work at Spindrift Gallery in the Cypress Center in Gualala. It will be up until March 7th. Don't miss it!

Margaret Lindgren noticed this Bobcat looking at her on The Sea Ranch recently.

The Sea Ranch has a lot of open space, much of it meadows. And it seems like these meadows have an inexhaustible amount of gophers. Bobcats LOVE gophers so if you are lucky you might see one hunting rodents in the middle of the day. That's what happened to Margaret.

Alfredo Orozco caught magic with his photo from Anchor Bay Beach.

And Robert Scarola, who photographed the amazing sunset from The Sea Ranch, did the same.

Today fog moved in, blanketing the Coast with moist, cool air. After the warm holiday weekend, the moisture is very welcome.
