I've never seen anything quite like this. Sea foam filling a cove - yes, I've seen that. But Billy O'Callaghan saw something else - the fierce wind whipped up the sea foam into a mini tornado which then sent bits of sea foam flying on the bluff face and even up on the bluff itself.
